MAKING A PURCHASE: Making a purchase on IEShop is easy. Just browse our on-line catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Purchasing by credit card is 100% secure. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
PRIVACY: IEShop will never disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
TURN-AROUND TIME: We begin processing online orders generally the same day they are received. We will ship most products within 3 to 5 business days, after receipt. Backorders are rare, but sometimes happen. If we cannot fulfill your order in 7 business days, we will email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

RETURNS: All products purchased through IEShop are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full-credit refund less shipping and handling charges. Because of the nature of the products sold through IEShop, we can only accept returns due to an administrative error on our part or a quality problem with the product ordered
